The full 12-page 2027 patient-acquisition plan lives in the Vault. One page per month, dated, drop-in for any specialty. Below is the structure plus the first quarter in summary form. The download adds the worked-out playbook for the other nine months, with the GHL workflow build, the AI prompts, and the metric scoreboard for each.
The structure
Twelve months. One focus per month. One homepage change, one ad change, one GBP play, one email moment. Each page lists the work for the first week of the month, the metric to watch for the rest of the month, and the decision to make on the first of the next month. The plan is built so a solo practitioner with one hour a week can run it, and so a multi-provider practice with a part-time marketing person has a clear weekly handoff.
Q1 in summary
January: hero rewrite (Issue 15) and 12-month patient retention calendar setup (Issue 38). Homepage and patient newsletter both live by January 31. February: GBP completeness (Issue 10) and patient-intent keyword bank install (Issue 12). Discovery and paid traffic both updated by February 28. March: the three-message reminder cadence (Issue 23), missed-call text-back (Issue 4), and review-request automation (Issue 5). Three automations live, no-shows cut, reviews flowing.
Q2 in summary
April: provider bio rewrite (Issue 27) and trust-mark placement (Issue 32). May: AI for weekly GBP posts (Issue 22) and the after-visit Tuesday email (Issue 35). June: the two-minute intake (Issue 21) and online booking above the fold on every page (Issue 34). Q2 ends with the patient acquisition surface tight from search through booking through retention.
Q3 in summary
July: the recall sequence for lapsed patients (Issue 36) and the bad-review playbook training (Issue 18). August: the hyperlocal landing pages (Issue 17) and the long-tail symptom queries (Issue 46). September: real photos of the actual practice (Issue 19) and the 10-photo GBP refresh (Issue 30). The third quarter is where SEO compound starts being visible in monthly traffic data.
Q4 in summary
October: Q4 patient-surge ad copy (Issue 42) and the seasonal homepage hero. November: the discharge-summary booking nudge (Issue 47). December: end-of-year recall to the two patient profiles (Issue 49) and year-end GBP refresh (Issue 43). The fourth quarter is the practice's biggest booking quarter of the year, scheduled, not improvised.
What is on every page
Five elements per monthly page. The focus (one sentence). The week-one work (specific actions, time estimates). The metric to watch (one number, with floor, target, stretch). The decision for the next month (what determines what comes next). The pitfall to avoid (the most common way this month's work goes wrong). The page is built so a busy practice owner can scan it in three minutes and know what is happening this week.
The plan you can run with one hour a week is the plan that compounds. The plan that needs a strategist every month is the plan that gets abandoned in March.
The full 12-month plan in the Vault includes the page-by-page playbook, the AI prompts for the work each month, the GHL workflow files to import, and the spreadsheet scoreboard that tracks the five-metric system across the year.
