PHI is out of scope.

PatientFlow Pro provides marketing services (websites, ads, photo + video) and a paid Website Audit + Strategy Call. We do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI) as defined by HIPAA. The forms on this site collect business contact information only.

What we collect.

• Information you submit on a form: first name, last name, email, phone, practice name and address, practice URL, and the optional context field.
• Standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) retained for security and abuse prevention.
• Anonymized analytics events via Vercel Analytics. No personally identifying information is stored alongside events.

Where it goes.

• Our CRM (GoHighLevel) for lead management.
• Our database (Neon Postgres on Vercel) for the canonical record.
• Our transactional email provider (Resend) for the confirmation and follow-up email.
• Vercel for hosting, edge caching, and analytics.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertising networks.

Cookies.

The site uses essential cookies for hosting and uses Vercel Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not use cross-site tracking cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights.

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email muyinzakasirye@gmail.com. We respond inside 30 days.

Changes.

If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above changes too. Material changes get an email to anyone on our list.
